About the Role: As a key member of the Fleur Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our equipment. Your contributions will directly impact the overall efficiency and safety of our operations, supporting flexible work practices and adaptability to changing business needs. What You Will Do: Courageously raise safety issues and foster a culture of mutual trust. Lead efforts to enhance job safety and procedures, integrating safety into your expertise. Voice safety concerns confidently, even in relation to leaders. Demonstrate genuine care for colleagues, the environment, and the broader business. Actively contribute to safety solutions and actions, embodying the principle of “See something, say something, do something.” Set and uphold safety expectations with visitors, contractors, and others. Promote continuous improvement and ensure high standards of housekeeping as per 5S requirements. Continuously build technical skills within your trade and comply with regulatory standards. Be available for callouts and work shift rosters. Perform tests to identify problems and maintain systems to performance standards. Execute daily tasks to high standards in 5S, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Communicate with Store personnel about inventory gaps and spare parts. Maintain records, including Work Orders, parts assignment, and history in SAP. Perform emergency and routine field servicing of process equipment. Who You Are: Trade Qualified Fitter and Turner or equivalent. Experience in maintaining, servicing, and breakdown support on high-speed equipment. 3+ years in a similar role in a similar industry. High mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and/or Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). Proactive and initiative-driven with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Continuous learning mindset and adaptability. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Maintenance Fitting & Turning and troubleshooting/repairs. Experience in automotive or Diesel mechanics. Forklift Licence, Rigging Licence, Work At Heights Trained, EWP licence. General machining skills (Lathe or Mill work). Equipment overhauls and rebuilds. Precision in installing and replacing parts. Understanding of Pneumatic systems within the equipment. Understanding of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM). Exposure to Lean / Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / Six Sigma.
