JOB: FITTER WELDER / LEAD HAND ( LOCATION – CONCORD, ON )

Rate: $30-$35/hour
Start Date: Immediate Hours 7.30-5pm (44hrs/wk)
We manufacture Custom Construction Equipment – which involves making small batches or large
batches of equipment. From 10pcs to 1000’s pcs. In order to achieve production milestones, we
make most of our parts in a jig or fixture. This fixture is made so that any welder can assemble
the parts in a jig an tack weld. This allows consistence, accuracy and ensure all the parts are
uniform.
In addition to this we have custom items that require fitting parts into beams/channels etc. This
require precise measuring, understanding tolerances and ensure that parts are made to the
drawing.
We require an induvial that has experience with making jigs/ fixtures; that can fit parts based on
drawing details and works without supervision.
We are looking for an individual that has the ability to make fixture on their own. They fixture
must be production oriented = high volume outputs.
