JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. This role involves working with various materials and tools to assemble and fabricate components in accordance with specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Location: Concord, Jane and Hwy 407
Schedule: Monday - Friday (sometimes Saturdays), 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

SKILLS

  • Proficient in MIG welding and Stick welding techniques
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with rigging practices for safe material handling.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation accurately.
  • Competence in using various hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Knowledge of ductwork fabrication and assembly processes.
