About the Role
We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, project-based environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for setting, programming, and operating CNC machines in a jobbing shop environment, delivering high-quality results on time, you will have the opportunity to also work in fields such as manual machining, hydraulic and pneumatic fitting and sealing technologies.
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
At least 2 years post-trade experience in CNC Milling, Setting, and Programming
Confidence in working independently and within a small, focused team
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues
Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
