Job Description:
· Conduct initial site inspections to evaluate actual site conditions and provide accurate assessments and technical input before starting finishing works.

· Review architectural and finishing drawings to fully understand the project scope and decorative details.

• Strong technical knowledge in all types of interior finishing and decoration works
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ
• Excellent leadership and labor supervision skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of modern decorative materials and installation techniques

· Supervise all finishing and decoration activities, including:

• Gypsum and false ceiling installations
• Painting and wall finishes
• Flooring (tiles, marble, parquet, vinyl)
• Woodworks (doors, wardrobes, decorative panels)
• Glass, mirrors, and aluminium works
• Decorative lighting installations (LED, spotlights)

· Submit daily reports to the Manager, including manpower status, progress updates, used materials, and site issues.
