QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or fast food setting.
• A passion for coaching teams and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ with a High School diploma or GED and have reliable transportation.

• Lead and inspire your team during high-energy shifts to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Manage shift operations, including training, coaching, and upholding Five Guys’ quality standards.
• Oversee key business tasks like inventory, cash handling, and labor management.
