Your Role: Perform Fixed Assets, Projects Accounting, and Capital Expenditure/Order Accounting for diverse and complex business operations. Maintain an accurate fixed asset register, including tracking the acquisition, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets. Work closely with other departments, including local finance organizations, to ensure the integrity of the Fixed Assets accounting data. Support the recording of all related financial activity in the Financial Services Statements and the ERP Fixed Asset sub-ledger system. Conduct reconciliations and provide reporting and analysis services to internal customers as assigned. Responsible for accounting and reporting all activity in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, internal controls, and company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulations. Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to fixed assets. Who You Are: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent accounting license is a nice to have but not required. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in fixed asset accounting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in fixed asset management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is essential. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards related to fixed assets (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various stakeholders. Global Perspective: Experience working in a global environment with an understanding of different regional practices and regulations. Work Environment: Willingness to work at BGC, Taguig, during day shifts (9 AM - 6 PM) or mid shifts. Shifts change due to MEC.
