• Support fixed assets monthly reconciliation process to confirm completeness and accuracy of system information, schedules, physical identification, and fixed assets valuation.
• Give support to local and global audits (financial and SOX internal controls), also local authorities like Procomer when required.
• Generate, receive, maintain and storage support documentation for fixed assets traceability purposes.
• Collaborate with the inspection of new fixed asset additions together with warehouse clerks; reviews assets and assets information to ensure uniformity and accuracy.
• Assist with fixed assets disposal process.
• Assist and participate in planning meetings conducted by Fixed Asset and GL teams on a periodic basis.
• Participate in the planning of the annual physical assets count and conducts physical verifications. Help on results analysis and conclusions to support and conclude process on a timely and accurate manner.
• Support documentation process for Work in Progress Assets for new fixed asset purchases.
• Support communications with cost center owners and fixed assets purchase owners when required.
• Support and participate continuous improvement processes at system and operative level
