PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
• Hands-on experience in a regulated, process-intensive manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with reliability engineering, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement frameworks

• Lead and manage capital projects, from under $50K to over $1M, focused on enhancing safety, reliability, and plant performance
• Serve as a subject matter expert for regulatory standards, including OSHA, ASME, NFPA, PSM, and EPA RMP
• Oversee the Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) processes
• Conduct safety audits, lead incident investigations, and deliver impactful training programs
• Provide technical expertise on pressure vessel repair, tank maintenance, machine guarding, and RAGAGEP interpretations
• Mentor team members and promote a strong, sustainable safety culture
