Description

Managing Network design team, design reviews and approvals up to project delivery and contract closure, CAPEX & OPEX Budget Forecast & Tracking and Tracking & provide solutions to optimize different resources utilization. Accountable for the efficient (outsourced) deployment of the end-to-end Fixed Network (technically and organisationally) and for the operational set-up, including systems, tools, processes, and procedures to run fixed and converged service propositions. Lead and manage vendors/sub-contractors, resources assignments, tracking vendor performance against contracted SoW, Lead and ensure to highlight risks and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth delivery of the projects on time Aggressive deployment schedules, KPI implementation and monitoring, tracking of equipment used by vendors and Manages ROW and buildings access permit acquisition Training of vendor resources /teams Ensure all fibre network HLD/LLD documents are accurately updated and operationalized to include route as builds and GIS & CAD data files Work with supply chain to prepare RFPs, Bill of Materials for new Fibre projects. Provide periodic i.e., weekly project status reports highlighting (financials, schedules, Risks & Mitigations) Provide deployment construction consulting services for the Optical Data Network (Manholes, splitters, ducts, sub-ducts, cables, ODFs, FTBs , and racks). Introduce new products and technologies in order to reduce the deployment cost and increase the delivery time. And work closely and support different internal VF teams and coordinate with external partners or Gov. entities in scope of goal directed multi-party stakeholder management. Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.

Responsibilities

This role is accountable for the efficient end-to-end deployment of the Fixed Network, managing design reviews, budget tracking, and ensuring operational setup through effective vendor and resource management. Key duties include leading deployment schedules, monitoring KPIs, managing construction aspects like permits and documentation, and introducing new technologies to reduce costs.
