Relevant experience working with or for a UK or European Insurer, with a particular focus on ALM topics Some fundamental knowledge of European Insurance regulation, although where absent, a proven ability to learn complex topics quickly and adeptly Proven ability to multitask and work with different clients across different products and situations in a fast-paced work environment. Highly team oriented, commercially driven, and overall eagerness to learn. Strong problem-solving skills, easily able to navigate and simplify complex processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong quantitative skills including proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel and PowerPoint Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in doing in-depth research or development on new topics A core interest in Financial Markets This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
