Description
Lead end-to-end trade lifecycle management for fixed income products including trade capture, settlement, reconciliations, and exception handling. Confirm FX trades with clients and counterparties via email or trading platforms. Manage high-volume daily transaction processing across global financial instruments. Reconcile FX trades and ensure accurate settlement of positions. Resolve operational issues including cash or stock mismatches, escalating as needed. Support market-making activities in government securities and other instruments. Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations, including AML and sanctions controls. Maintain client service excellence by resolving inquiries and non-receipts promptly. Act as a senior liaison with front office, technology, finance, and global operations teams. Represent India Branch Ops in regional and global forums, providing updates and insights to senior leadership. 10-15 years of experience in Fixed Income and FX Operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of fixed income products (Rates, FX, Credit), trade flows, and market infrastructure. Experience with trading platforms, settlement systems, and cash management tools. Familiarity with RBI regulations, FX guidelines, and PD operational requirements. Certifications mandated by RBI or relevant regulatory bodies. Exposure to global functional ownership and outsourcing governance. Experience working with cross-border teams and managing regulatory complexity. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
