This role will lead the development and execution of fixed income strategy, advisory, and platform delivery within the private banking space. This is a high-impact role combining product innovation, advisory support, platform oversight, and sales enablement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • In-depth knowledge of fixed income and credit markets.
  • Proven experience in FI product sales, advisory, and platform management.
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle.
  • Solid grasp of financial markets and key investment principles.
  • Familiarity with portfolio construction and risk management concepts.
  • Working knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to fixed income.

Responsibilities

Product Advisory

  • Develop and package executable fixed income trade ideas using insights from research, market intelligence, client feedback, and current holdings.
  • Drive thematic investment content and product positioning to support client advisors with market navigation.
  • Provide tailored solutions for clients’ fixed income needs.
  • Conduct internal education and training on fixed income products for front-office teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader and go-to expert on fixed income within the organization.

Product Platform Management

  • Ensure full access to a wide range of fixed income instruments across global markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key counterparties and market participants.
  • Oversee platform robustness and readiness to support smooth execution and post-trade processes.
  • Ensure all products are accurately reflected in internal systems and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Drive projects to launch new fixed income offerings and enhance existing ones.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on reporting, compliance, and performance monitoring.

Sales & Enablement

  • Provide relationship managers and investment advisors with timely market insights, trading ideas, and product support tools.
  • Contribute to internal and external fixed income publications and marketing materials.
  • Deliver actionable updates and calls on market and book positioning to support client coverage.
