In this cross-functional role, you will assist in a variety of areas within the Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn about dealership operations. In a State-of-the-Art facility! The Fixed Operations Support Agent is a utility role responsible for assisting with activities in all areas of the Service and Parts Departments while providing excellent Customer Service in the following roles: * Valet * Attend to Customers as they wait for a Service Advisor. * Shuttle/Parts Driver * Pickup and drop-off Customers as requested. * Assist in the Parts Department with delivering parts in the store or to other locations. * Vehicle Pickup and Delivery * Follow procedures to document vehicle condition at both the time of pickup and drop-off. * Service Drive Greeter * Greet incoming Customers and use schedules to properly direct them to appropriate areas for Service Advisors. * Rental Agent * Coordinate vehicle availability and work closely with the Service and Sales Departments. * Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm with a rotating Saturday, 8 am - 1 pm. * Pay $17 Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful: * A clean driving record. * Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred. * Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position. * Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift. * Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day. * High energy partnered with a positive attitude. * Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
