FIXED PLANT FITTER

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Fixed Plant Fitter to join our Pinjarra Workshop on a permanent, full-time basis. This Monday to Friday role offers 50 hours per week and a great opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside a highly experienced team.

Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies.
  • Investigate incidents and maintain equipment integrity.
  • Follow lockout procedures before maintenance.
  • Control costs through efficient expenditure and waste management.
  • Maintain underground equipment per OEM and company standards.
  • Follow preventative and scheduled maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure timely procurement of required spares.
  • Provide mechanical training for maintenance personnel.
  • Overhaul, maintain, and repair fixed and mobile plant equipment.
  • Maintain workshop, storage areas, and cleanliness of equipment.
  • Other duties as requested by the Workshop Manager
