What’s on offer?
Fulton Hogan’s Manufacturing Business located in Hazelmere is currently seeking a Fixed Plant Operator to join our Production team on a full-time permanent basis.

In this position, you will be responsible for operating our PMB and Emulsion plant to produce bitumen and emulsion to specifications. Together with the following:

  • Plan activities for production of Bitumen and Emulsion.
  • Communicate directly with customers and transport drivers to schedule orders and load vehicles.
  • Work closely with quality control team to ensure bitumen and emulsion meets customer specifications.
  • Encourage safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are adhered to,
  • Provide positive input at pre-starts, toolbox and safety meetings and comply with relevant company policies, procedures and site rules.
  • Potential to also work within asphalt production.

Ideally, we are seeking previous experience in a production environment (although not essential), with a strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and environmental practices. You will have a willingness to work well in a team environment and drive culture standards. As well as:

  • Have an ability to work extended hours, including night shift & weekends when required.
  • Have some mechanical knowledge or experience in plant maintenance.
  • A valid WA Driver’s License.
  • A HR, HC or Forklift license will be advantageous.
