We’re looking for a talented and forward-thinking Database Manager to take ownership of our growing reader and customer databases. This role is essential to the continued growth of both Farmers Guide and Fruit & Vine, two of the most respected publications in the agricultural sector.

• Managing and developing our central databases for both magazines
• Ensuring data integrity, security, and GDPR compliance
• Supporting the sales, marketing and editorial teams with accurate, segmented data for campaigns
• Identifying ways to improve how readers interact with us, including subscription management and user experience
• Exploring and implementing new tools and technologies to improve data insights
• Working closely with teams to drive efficiency, insight, and engagement through smarter data use
