ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a 12 month maternity leave fixed term opportunity (30 Hours per week). Mon: 9.30am-5.15pm | Tues-Thurs: 11am-5pm | Sun: 9.45am-4.15pm.

STEP INTO THE ROLE OF ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, WHERE YOU’LL THRIVE BY:

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
