Job Title: Senior or Basic Grade Dietitian – Neurodisability & Mental Health Banding: Equivalent to HSE Grade (Senior/Basic Grade) Location: Dublin Start Date: ASAP Duration: 9-12 months (Maternity Cover) Salary: Basic Grade (€41,075 - €59,360) & Senior Grade (€59,478 - €70,033) Working Hours: 37 hours per week, full-time, on-site Job Overview Pulse is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietitian to join a multidisciplinary team in Dublin. This maternity cover role offers the opportunity to work in a specialist neuropsychiatric setting, supporting adults with complex mental health and neurodisability needs. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive dietetic service, contributing to the nutritional care and wellbeing of residents in long-term care. Key Responsibilities Deliver nutritional assessments and interventions for adults with neuro and mental health disabilities. • Manage enteral feeding regimens and complex feeding issues. • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. • Lead service improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical audits. • Provide expert guidance to healthcare professionals and support staff. Qualifications and Experience Recognised dietetic qualification and valid CORU registration. • Minimum 1.5 years post-qualification experience. • Experience in neurodisability and mental health dietetics. • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
