Description

Key Responsibilities: * Perform visual and mechanical inspection of pharmaceutical products, packaging materials, and components to identify defects and non-conformances. * Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures during all inspection activities. * Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products and materials in accordance with established quality procedures. * Maintain accurate and complete inspection records and documentation as required by regulatory standards. * Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with area cleaning and sanitization protocols. * Operate inspection equipment and tools in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. * Participate in training programs to develop technical competencies in inspection techniques and quality standards. * Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and reporting deviations and contributing to CAPA processes. * Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing and inspection operations.
