As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a temporary Office Administrator to join our team in the Auckland support office, starting in early September through a busy and exciting period.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the broader Auckland office and Leadership Team. Day-to-day this looks like:

  • Managing the StarSocial customer service inbox - resolving customer queries, concerns, and requests
  • Managing gift card and voucher processes - from customer orders to balance and expiries
  • Overseeing office management tasks - supplies maintenance, and meeting room coordination
  • Providing admin support to the Leadership Team - expense processing, calendar coordination, and project assistance
  • Facilitate Support Office meetings and functions along with event planning
Responsibilities

THIS ROLE IS EARMARKED TO START IN EARLY SEPTEMBER FOR A PERIOD OF TWO TO THREE MONTHS AND IS BASED IN THE OFFICE FULL-TIME.
