What We Expect of You Demonstrated experience in hotel sales, events, or MICE with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets is advantageous. Proficiency with sales systems (CI/TY or similar) is a plus. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence. Keen to take on new challenges and grow within your career. Develop, grow, sustain and yield business across the segment to exceed budgeted revenues. Develop and foster strong working relationships with Marriott team networks and clients. Produce monthly Sales Reports, maintain clear files in CI/TY system and undertake additional duties that Hotel Management may assign.
