We’re looking for an experienced retail professional to join our team, working primarily with the beautiful Seasalt Cornwall womenswear brand based at our Barrington Mall location. This is a slower-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys providing intentional one-on-one service, helping customers find pieces they’ll truly love. What you'll do: Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences. Share your styling knowledge and assist customers in creating outfits for any occasion. Maintain a well-presented and stocked area. Be proactive in brand and product knowledge. The ideal applicant will have the following attributes: Previous retail experience (fashion experience preferred). A genuine love for quality womenswear. Confidence in providing one-on-one styling advice. Friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for customers. Strong teamwork skills and adaptability. Additional Information This a Fixed-Term part-time role commencing early February and ending in July 2026. Being flexible to work from our city location when required would be advantageous.
