Reporting to the Head of Store Design, the Fixture Development Manager will work collaboratively and partner with the Store Design team and feed their expertise and insights into the broader business strategy. This role will also be responsible for supporting the strategic development of the brand by taking concept designs through to in-store retail fixture solutions. The development stage should retain concept aesthetics whilst ensuring durability, cost efficiency and sustainability are baked into everything we deliver.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design & Delivery: Oversee fixture designs from concept to rollout, ensuring sustainability and operational compatibility.
  • Project Management: Define, agree, and track project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Budget Management: Manage fixture costs, collaborate with suppliers, and provide cost data for capex applications.
  • Research: Maintain knowledge of POS sizes, production techniques, materials, and finishes to stay at the cutting edge.
  • People & Collaboration: Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal teams, ensuring safe and documented designs.
  • Communication: Develop guidelines and presentations and present business information to key stakeholders.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in fixture development and production
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD skills and a high level of design skills
  • Highly effective organizational skills alongside a positive mindset and thorough attention to detail
  • Ability to sketch and hand draw is an advantage
  • Detailed knowledge of manufacturing standards, materials and construction methods
  • Skilled in overseeing the entirety of a project without needing external prompting
  • Proficient in analysis and adept at addressing challenges as they arise during the project lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based, deadline-oriented environment.
  • The ability to effectively manage complex tasks and prioritise multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Must have a refined design flair and a critical eye for detail.
  • Ability to travel globally when required
