FIZIK MARKETING MANAGER:
For our Fizik brand team in Italy, we are looking for a Marketing Manager, responsible for the marketing strategy and the marketing plans definition, set-up and execution, in order to guarantee compelling brand positioning, strong brand equity and business results worldwide. Could it be you?
Fizik is a performance cycling brand that designs and manufactures saddles, shoes, handle-bar tape and accessories for the most demanding cyclists.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent English (a second European language speaking is a plus);
Proven Marketing & Communications expertise;
Content management for premium brands;
Ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams;
Effective communication and public speaking;
Have proven experience in Cycling or Sporting Goods Industry with well-established contacts.
Be an avid cyclist (road, mtb, triathlon, gravel) is a big plus.
Managing the Brand Identity and Image (brand guidelines, art direction coordination, new communications projects, retail tools, publications & marketing collaterals…);
Market research, Consumer Target and trends analysis;
Defining Global Communications medium-long term strategy and yearly plans, supervising all key activities development, through all touchpoints, with key pillars on digital and trade marketing;
Managing Global Marketing Communications Budget;
Go-to-Market projects together with Product/Business Managers;
Overall Content Strategy supervision for online and offline channels (strategic copywriting, storytelling, visual campaigns, videos…);
PR Strategy and activations;
Events and Sports Marketing management;
Global Marketing & Communications Team coaching and leading.
