Salary: £25500.00 - £32000.00 per annum based on experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced flagpole and signage installer to join our small, busy team. As part of the team, you will assist in growing the installs and maintenance services offered by the business. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, taking responsibility for your own work and being able to work independently as well as part of a team. A lot of our installation and maintenance work is for high end brands where our products represent their brand image, a high-quality service and professionalism on site is key.
This role will involve some out of hours work, overtime and occasionally weekend work and work away from home. The majority of the installation and maintenance work carried out will be with flagpoles, and working at height is a necessity.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Full Clean Driving License
· Working at height
· IPAF 1B Qualifications (preferred)
· CSCS card (preferred)
· PASMA card (preferred)
· LOLER training (preferred)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

· Flagpole installation 1 years (preferred)
· Signage installation 1 years (preferred)
· Grounds work 1 year (preferred)
· Vinyl application and vehicle graphics (preferred)

· Carrying out installation work for ground mounted, roof mounted or wall mounted flagpoles and signage.
· Carrying out site surveys and creating installation plans, including compiling all relevant measurements and information required.
· Making full use of the company’s app to clock in and out, upload job photos, job information, work reports and customer sign off.
· Ensuring the installation company vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good working order.
· Always adhere to health and safety regulations and requirements.
· Planning ahead with jobs and ensuring the correct products and tools are taken to site.
· Ability to help with our stores department on days where there is not installation or maintenance work.
