WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND CUSTOMER-ORIENTED FLAGSHIP STORE MANAGER TO LEAD THE OPENING OF OUR FLAGSHIP EXPERIENCE CENTRE, OPENING ON WIGMORE STREET, LONDON IN APRIL 2025.

The new store will replace our Cavendish Square location.
The Miele brand is synonymous with quality design & innovation, and, in our new elegantly designed store, we will curate a handpicked selection of the finest luxury lifestyle appliances for our clientele to use in their homes. Delivering memorable demonstrations, bespoke consultations & exceptional customer service.
The space will be designed to host both clientele and brand partners to enjoy a luxurious and intimate environment where they can explore our collection of home applicanes at their own pace, ensuring a personalised shopping experience. From the elegant interior design over two floors, to the carefully curated displays, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to elevate the lifestyle experience that Miele has to offer.
Our Experience Centre’s forge the link between dealers, consumers, and Miele, by giving opportunities to close the sale either directly, or through our kitchen design partner network, interior designers and architects. We strive to bring uncompromising quality to our consumers, whether they are designing an entire new kitchen, or dropping in for accessories.
We run immersive and exciting instore events showcasing our products to our clientele and partners so that they can experience the lifestyle benefits of our products and enjoy menu selections.

Responsibilities

Leading the team to deliver a best-in-class brand and sales experience to both consumers and partners, you will take charge of the overall performance and profitability of the business operation while ensuring consistent alignment with the company’s brand and cultural style and sophistication.
Responsible for delivering a sales, margin and P&L budget for the store, with the highest standard of retail execution. The store manager will be heavily involved in the creation of the strategy, but ultimately accountable for the way it is delivered and executed in store.
A pivotal role for our business, you will be encouraged to bring ideas and innovation to the way we operate, specifically within the premium and luxury sector. Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
