REQUIREMENTS:
· Driving your team to exceed targets and maximise sales to support the success of the store.
· Being present on the sales floor, ensuring the highest standard of customer service.
· Fostering upselling and e-Commerce sales and helping to manage the store’s social media presence in line with the directions of the company’s marketing department.
· Ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard and replenish and update displays.
· Maintaining good relationships with our brand partners and supporting in store events.
· Proactively managing any customer complaints to ensure relationships are maintained with positive outcomes.
· Acting as a strong staff motivator, promoting team spirit through effective communication, and cultivating a positive and energetic environment.
· Fully mastering all company tools and applications including IT and Digital, and ensuring the team is constantly informed of relevant updates.
· Understand the needs and priorities of the business, and train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
· Identifying talent within your team to propose for internal development opportunities.
· Leading by example to ensure the team operate with the highest level of care and respect for the products, brands and store.
· Supporting the enforcement of company policy and ensure HR paperwork is correct.
· Being the guarantor for effective and efficient back of house organisation, taking responsibility for deliveries and ship from store items.
· Must have at least 3 years’ experience retail, ideally premium footwear or fashion.
· A natural salesperson, confident and capable when dealing with new / challenging situations.
· You will be proactive and adaptable to change, confident with rota’s and timesheets, with excellent organisation, time management skills and adept at maximising staff efficiency through rota management.
