Description Flat Rate Line Technician Team Mazda – Caldwell, ID Team Mazda is seeking an experienced and motivated Flat Rate Line Technician to join our growing service team in Caldwell, Idaho. If you’re a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work and wants a steady workflow in a modern dealership environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mazda vehicles and other makes as needed Accurately complete repair orders in a timely manner Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Stay current with automotive technology and repair techniques Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required (Mazda experience a plus) Flat rate experience preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team ASE certifications are a plus (not required) What We Offer Competitive flat rate pay based on experience Consistent workload Paid training and opportunities for advancement Modern shop with updated equipment and tools Health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits Supportive, team-oriented work environment
