This is a flat-rate production role focused on recon work. If you’re a technician who likes steady workflow, clear expectations, and the ability to turn hours, this is a strong opportunity. Why This Role Works Consistent Workflow: Steady pipeline of pre-owned vehicles High Earning Potential: $66,000 - $150,000 annually based on production Efficient Process: Clear recon standards and expectations Modern Shop: Clean, organized, fully equipped Brand Upgrade: Work on Mercedes-Benz and quality pre-owned inventory What You’ll Be Doing Inspect and recondition incoming pre-owned vehicles Perform repairs across mechanical, electrical, and drivability systems Complete recon work efficiently to meet production timelines Identify needed repairs and document clearly Ensure each vehicle is front-line ready What We’re Looking For Proven flat-rate technician experience (required) Experience in used car recon or high-volume repair work Ability to work efficiently and flag consistent hours Strong diagnostic and repair skills Team-oriented with a solid work ethic European or Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus—but not required.
