SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a flat roofer or similar role in roofing.
• Knowledge of various flat roofing materials and systems.
• Strong understanding of roofing safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• CSCS card (preferred).
• Valid driving license (required).

• Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, felt, and liquid-applied membranes.
• Ability to perform all other necessary roofing works/repairs including guttering, brick-work and lead-work.
• Inspect roof conditions and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and site managers to complete projects on time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
