A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at Tow-Trust Towbars, the UK’s largest towbar manufacturer. We have the pleasure of offering the position of Night Shift Flatbed Laser Operator in our industry leading Sheet Steel Division. The successful candidate will be operating Bystronic Bystar Fibre Flatbed Lasers.
Full and extensive training will be offered to the successful candidate.

To be considered you must

• Experience in the use and operation of flatbed fibre laser machines include setting, operating, adjusting etc.
• Experience in the reading of engineers/product design drawings.
• High working standards with a keen eye for the smaller details.
• High organisation and communication skills.
• Be proactive.
• Be flexible regarding shifts start / finish times and overtime.

In return for the above we offer

• 4 weekly pay.
• £14.40 per hour
• 30min paid lunch (potential extra £144 per 4 weeks’ pay period).
• 30min unpaid breaks split into two 15mins.
• Full uniform that is replaced every 12 months as standard after a 6-month probationary period.
• 30 days paid annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
• Free tea and coffee available in a modern fully equipped canteen (kettles, toasters, microwaves, toastie makers).

Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday 21:00 to 06:00. Induction includes 4-weeks training on the day shift Mon to Fri 08:00 to 17:00.
