We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients while maintaining safety and efficiency on the road.

SKILLS

• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on vehicles.
• Valid commercial driving license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• Proficiency in automotive repair techniques is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with clients in various situations.

• Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
• Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance, including vehicle breakdowns and accidents.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before towing to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
• Assist with minor automotive repairs when necessary, demonstrating mechanical knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage and fuel usage.
• Ensure the tow truck is in good working condition through regular maintenance checks and reporting any issues promptly.
