In this exciting position, you’ll work on diverse briefs across the entire sweet spectrum—from confectionery to beverages and everything in between. • Successfully execute flavor matching projects
• Develop flavors to meet customer guidelines/business needs
• Play an active role in managing raw material inventory & re-order materials when needed
• Compound flavor samples with consistent accuracy and precision
• Support the management of the local flavor library
• Evaluate new flavor ingredients and drive flavor innovation
• Develop flavors to meet customer guidelines/business needs
• Successfully execute flavor matching projects
• Work closely with application team and innovation team to deliver winning concepts to our customers
• Support plant/procurement/QC as part of cross-functional teams
• Participate in sensory panels
• Deliver technical support and training to both internal and external customers
• Potential to travel to visit customers
