Description TE Certified is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Admin to assist the day-to-day operations of our company fleet. We’re on the lookout for a Fleet Admin who’s ready to take the wheel (figuratively!) and help manage our company’s fleet operations. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our vehicles road-ready, our drivers compliant, and our records spotless. If you’ve got a knack for logistics, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for keeping things on track, we want to meet you! The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with DOT guidelines, CDL knowledge, and strong office-based organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Fleet Management & Compliance Maintain accurate fleet records, driver files, and inspection reports in compliance with DOT standards. Monitor CDL driver qualifications, medical cards, and renewals. Coordinate with drivers and leadership to ensure safety and compliance. Maintenance & Scheduling Schedule oil changes, inspections, and preventive maintenance for all vehicles. Track service intervals and maintain vendor relationships. Ensure timely repairs and minimal downtime for fleet vehicles. Administrative Support Review and approve fleet-related invoices before processing. Track expenses and support budgeting/reporting for fleet operations. Maintain fleet software or spreadsheets for accurate reporting. Schedule & Work Environment In-office position based in Kennesaw, GA. This is a full-time position. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional flexibility as needed. Benefits & Perks! Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or fleet management software. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to drive a company vehicle Valid Driver's License Clean MVR Record Preferred: Prior experience in fleet coordination, dispatch, or transportation logistics. Previous experience with DOT compliance and familiarity with CDL driver requirements. Experience with Michelin Connected Fleet (HUGE PLUS) Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and scheduling.
