This Role We are recruiting for a highly organised Fleet Administrator for our Dublin based department. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the office is running smoothly. The candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience. This is a full-time position, requiring 3 days work from office and 2 days from home. Responsibilities • Providing day to day administrative support to the Fleet Team (Technical Services, Planning, Data Centre Installers etc.). • Co-ordination and management of calendars and schedules. • Create, update and maintain paperwork, records and databases • Management of post, invoices and any other high priority documentation. • Liaising with all departments in the business. •Other Ad hoc and administrative duties as required. About you Proven experience as a Fleet,Logistics, or Transport Administrator ideally for 2+ years • Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands. Capable of working under pressure at times and to strict deadlines. Ability to complete tasks. Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities. • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, good command over English language • Time management skills with the competence to manage multiple priorities at once • Proficient with MS Office skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to learn. Responsibilities
