OVERVIEW:

Our Fleet Administrator will be responsible for executing the overall support, reporting and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles from our Worcestershire Head Office.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an accurate vehicle database, updating driver details and allocations as necessary.
  • Issue timely MOT reminders for company vehicles.
  • Process penalty charges and damage claims promptly, escalating when needed.
  • Monitor service schedules diligently.
  • Handle vehicle order administration.
  • Arrange vehicle movements, collections, checks and hire vehicles as required.
  • Conduct damage checks on fleet vehicles regularly.
  • Manage license checks, fuel cards and driver mandates to keep records updated within our systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR Team on starters, leavers, and role changes affecting fleet allocation.
  • Process and track fleet-related invoices efficiently.
  • Be the point of contact for our fleet supplier, providing timely customer service to the team and managing their KPIs.
