Job Description We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate and proactive Fleet Administrator to join our Victoria team on a full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail to utilise their fleet knowledge and make a difference to Europcar's Victorian operations. Some of the key responsibilities include: Oversee maintenance network for New South Wales, complying with WHS requirements and manufacturer standards Optimum file quality and customer service with vehicle conditions and accuracy of recordings Work with Defleet Coordinator ensuring fleet meets handback criteria with effective costs Minimal Vehicle Off Road time Support communication to Stations on quality, customer service & vehicle condition to enhance and lead continual improvement. Car rental will see the light a few years later, across the Atlantic, but its development will be stopped by the first and then by the Second World Wars. In the aftermath of the war, a Parisian entrepreneur revived the idea: “If you can’t afford to buy a car, why not rent one when you need it?”. His name was Raoul-Louis Mattei and in 1949, he created "L'Abonnement Automobile": a company that would later become the Compagnie Internationale Europcars, then Europcar. Its headquarters, located 11 rue du Champ de Mars also included a rental agency. The company's success was rapid, as car rental responded to a real need. In 1951, l’Abonnement Automobile was the first company for car rental without a driver and its fleet counted 750 4 CV. Responsibilities

The Fleet Administrator will oversee the maintenance network, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and manufacturer standards while maintaining optimal vehicle conditions. They will also support communication to enhance customer service and vehicle quality.
