We are seeking a proactive and reliable Fleet Administrator. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date fleet records, supporting the Fleet Manager in ensuring that the company meets all legislative, safety, and audit requirements. This role is vital for maintaining operational efficiency, minimising downtime, and supporting the safe and legal running of the fleet.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of UK transport compliance, including Operator Licence requirements, tachograph rules, and FORS standards (advantageous).
  • Experience with tachograph data handling and analysis (advantageous).
  • FORS or DVSA Earned Recognition experience (advantageous).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a fleet & transport administration support role (essential).
  • Knowledge of DVSA compliance requirements (essential).
  • Transport Management CPC (advantageous)
