FLEET ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Enfield (London) | Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and ready to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving vehicle rental fleet? We’re looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our vehicles compliant, on the road, and ready for customers.
You’ll work closely with our vendors, fleet management, and wider operations team to ensure everything from vehicle maintenance to documentation is running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate, real-time vehicle and driver records using fleet management software - including insurance, documentation, and maintenance schedules.
  • Liaising with external vendors to manage repairs, breakdowns, and warranty work - ensuring minimal downtime and quick turnarounds.
  • Approving purchase orders, auditing invoices for accuracy, and inputting financial data into our fleet system.
  • Assisting the Compliance Specialist with servicing, licensing, and MOTs to ensure all vehicles meet legal and operational standards.
  • Helping to investigate and resolve customer complaints related to vehicle performance or condition.
  • Supporting the management team with any other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
