Description
Fleet Administrator Due to company expansion, we have an opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join the Plant & Transport department in our Levenshulme office. Currently the team take care of over 2500 vehicles, with numbers rapidly increasing. We are looking for someone with an interest in transport and a desire for a long-term position in an established department. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring all vehicles have a daily pre-use check completed. Allocating breakdowns to relevant internal and external repairers Producing management information on downtime and VOR. Producing weekly fuel reports and ensuring fuel is assigned to contracts correctly. Verifying driving licences for points/disqualifications/offences. Processing vehicle fines and nominating the drivers responsible. Keeping all telemetry systems up to date and accurate as necessary. Booking vehicle and camera repairs when required. Monitoring the department mailbox and answering queries. Providing support to other members of the team on an ad hoc basis. Skills and Experience: A good knowledge of Microsoft office in particular Excel Strong administration skills A responsive approach to email and phone communications Good interpersonal skills Fleet experience, but not essential Driven by values, powered by inclusion.
