JOB TITLE: FLEET ADMINISTRATOR

Job Overview: We are seeking a Fleet Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis, to join the Fleet Department. Reporting into the Group Fleet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing 500+ vehicles across the Group.
Based from our Bradford office, you will work closely with the Group Fleet Supervisor, ensuring that our engineers are kept mobile at all times in an up to date, compliant fleet. Although fleet experience isn’t essential, we’re looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running with great communication skills and mindfulness when completing administrative tasks.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Good IT skills, including use of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong telephone manner

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for drivers and stakeholders
  • Manage a high-volume shared Fleet inbox
  • Responsible for identifying compliance requirements, ensuring MOT, service and compliance events are booked and attended on time
  • Project work, including events and testing vehicles
  • Supporting ad hoc duties from the Group Fleet Manager
  • Manage vehicle breakdowns and incidents, minimising downtime
  • Administering incoming parking fines and driver contraventions, ensuring appeals process is attempted and driver recharges are applied where applicable
