Responsibilities

Reporting to the Fleet Service Manager, you will provide timely and efficient administrative assistance to our Fleet Service team. In this position you will also provide support to the broader store operations team, including service and sales, as required. You will also be a key communication point for our external customers, providing the highest level of customer service. This position is responsible for a broad range of administrative responsibilities including:

  • Obtain order numbers and convert work orders into invoices daily
  • Allocate stock to service trucks, using SAP
  • Allocate call-out work internally in line with agreed policies and procedures
  • Liaise with external customers who require call-out assistance
  • Managing roster changes
  • Verifying and submitting timesheets
  • Complete consignment deliveries- accurately reflect consignment agreements in Marlin
  • Assist with monthly stocktakes
  • Update information in relevant IT systems (predominantly SAP and B-Mobile)
  • Ensure safe working practices and behaviours
