Description

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Fleet Advisor to support day-to-day fleet operations by ensuring equipment availability, compliance, and reliability. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance, monitoring fleet performance, and supporting operations through effective use of fleet systems and processes.

The Fleet Advisor plays a key role in keeping equipment road-ready while minimizing downtime and ensuring accurate operational and compliance data.

  • Key Accountabilities Monitor fleet availability, utilization, and equipment status.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and breakdowns.
  • Ensure fleet related information is accurately entered and maintained in ISAAC.
  • Follow up on missing, incomplete, or incorrect fleet data in systems.
  • Work closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Compliance teams to resolve equipment issues.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external yards for maintenance and repairs.
  • Track maintenance schedules, service history, and compliance documentation.
  • Support onboarding new equipment and decommissioning of older assets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Schedule Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 8:00pm (depending on needed schedule).
  • Participate in on-call rotation on some weekends, as required.

  • Strong understanding of equipment maintenance processes and compliance requirements.
  • Comfortable working with fleet management systems (experience with Isaac is a strong asset).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
