Your Mission As a Fleet Aftersales Specialist, your mission will be to ensure the operational readiness and quality of vehicles located at compound and storage facilities. You will play a key role in coordinating inspections, repairs and workshop activities, acting as the link between logistics, aftersales operations and service partners to guarantee efficient vehicle flow and high operational standards. What You’ll Be Doing Monitor and manage vehicles located at compound/storage facilities. Coordinate vehicle inspections and identify units requiring repair, maintenance or technical intervention. Liaise daily with workshop managers and service partners to prioritize and follow up repair activities. Track vehicle status and ensure timely movement between compound, workshops and delivery points. Support aftersales operations by ensuring vehicles comply with quality and operational standards. Coordinate repair schedules and monitor turnaround times to maximize operational efficiency. Escalate technical or operational issues when necessary. Maintain accurate reporting and provide regular vehicle status updates. Collaborate closely with logistics, aftersales and operations teams to optimize vehicle readiness. Conduct regular field visits and operational checks. What You Bring Previous experience in automotive aftersales, fleet operations, workshop coordination or vehicle logistics. Strong operational mindset with a hands-on and proactive attitude. Experience working with workshops, service centers or vehicle compounds is highly valued. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong communication and coordination skills.
