PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role requires frequent transitions between office and shop/warehouse settings. You’ll sit for extended periods performing tasks like typing and phone communication, but also lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders in shop/warehouse environments. You’ll need stamina for repetitive tasks, dexterity to operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, and the ability to work at heights. A safety-focused dress code (sturdy, closed-toe non-slip shoes, fitted clothing, long pants) is required. Reasonable accommodations are available to support individuals with disabilities.

As our Fleet & Equipment Manager, you’ll own the strategic and operational oversight of our fleet and equipment programs, leading a dedicated team to ensure our assets are safe, cost-effective, and ready to power our projects. This role is about leadership, strategy, and results. This role is based out of our Longview headquarters.
