The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills. Key responsibilities associated with this position include: ● Develop and implement a comprehensive vehicle & equipment fleet management program ● Schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs of all company vehicles and equipment  ● Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including licensing, registration, and emissions standards ● Track and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings ● Utilize Fleetio fleet management software to monitor asset locations, conditions, and driving efficiencies ● Maintain company facilities, including offices, warehouses, and outdoor spaces ● Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades ● Manage facility budget, including forecasting expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities ● Ensure excellent compliance with relevant health & safety regulations and mitigate risks Essential Qualifications ● Proven experience in fleet management, facilities management, or a similar role ● Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and compliance ● Must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authorization to work in the United States ● Valid driver’s license Desired Qualifications ● Bilingual in English and Spanish THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HERE IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A THOROUGH LIST OF ALL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES  AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED OF INDIVIDUALS PERFORMING THE JOB.
