From maintaining our facilities and fleet vehicles to assisting with improvement projects and special events, no two days are the same. What You’ll Do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall patching, fixture replacement, furniture assembly, and minor repairs. Assist with remodeling, renovation, and facility improvement projects. Support preventative maintenance efforts across Center facilities and equipment. Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or security concerns. Assist with groundskeeping, custodial duties, and facility upkeep as needed. Move furniture, equipment, supplies, and materials between Center locations (Center vehicle provided). Help with office relocations, workspace setups, and facility reconfigurations. Support fleet operations through vehicle inspections, cleaning, transportation, maintenance scheduling, and recordkeeping. Receive and organize deliveries and supplies. Assist with event, meeting, and training room setup and teardown. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner. Work collaboratively with contractors, vendors, and Center staff to support daily operations. Why Join Us? Experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, automotive, or custodial work preferred. Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Ability to perform physical labor and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic computer and technology skills. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with no substance-related incidents in the past 5 years; must be reasonably insurable. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
