THE ROLE As a Fleet and Operations Associate, you’ll be part of our APAC Regional Operations Team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our campervan fleet and regional processes. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build hands-on experience in operations, logistics, procurement, and data analysis within an international environment. You’ll collaborate closely with local depots, suppliers, and the regional operations team to make sure our fleet is available, well-maintained, and ready for adventure. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Support the execution of daily operational processes across our APAC locations. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers (e.g., workshops, cleaning services, gas suppliers) to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery. Assist with procurement and inventory management of vehicle parts, tools, and materials needed for operations. Track and analyze fleet performance data, vehicle availability, and maintenance activities to improve operational efficiency. Help manage real estate and expansion projects, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Contribute to cost tracking and reporting, helping the team identify savings and process improvements. Collaborate with local depot teams and logistics partners to support fleet movements and customer readiness. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, procurement, or fleet management (fresh grads welcome!). Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable working with data and process details. Proactive and resourceful: you take initiative and solve problems independently. A strong team player who can coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Fluent in English (verbal and written).Gain hands-on experience in international operations and logistics. Why Join Us?
