We are looking for a new colleague to join the Orbico Hungary team in a Fleet and procurement manager position. Állás leírása Fleet management: Manages the vehicles and devices of the company (120+ users) Cooperates with external companies (lease and car rental) Supervises maintenance of the fleet Prepares regular reports Optimizes, monitors the fleet related costs to insure cost-efficiency (fuel, parking, maintenance, repair, GPS system, fees of road usage, insurances, utilities). Develops fleet replacement plans and designs specifications for vehicle usage requisition Negotiates vehicle / equipment purchasing conditions considering other functions and its operation Develops a strategy for decreasing vehicle and operating cost and create or anticipate the company fleet policy Manages a fleet assistant and takes responsibility that services are fully covered all time. Procurement management: Conducts sourcing initiatives, including negotiations (supplier analysis, benchmarks, cost structure analysis), ensures procurement process compliance. Aligns with the central Procurement function Defines Purchase-To-Pay (P2P) strategy for locally managed procurements Supports group strategic sourcing initiatives or projects Responsible for the contribution to the realisation of cost target for locally managed procurements (everything except our distributed products: consumables, fuel, devices, services) Collaborates with various organization’s departments to ensure that the Supply strategy and plans are implemented and improved effectively across the organizations.
